About upcycled and vintage products

The base materials, used for most of my products/objects, are reused and thus already have had a previous life. This often means that there are signs of use visible on the material, such as scratches, rust, small dents, and wear. This gives the material character and makes every object unique.
I'm doing my very best to get the best out of the materials used but not all base materials are in the same state of aging. Because of this, it is possible that the delivered product looks slightly different from the image on the web shop. Also, not all details can be shown.

About projects

The projects I take on can be quite different but have one thing in common: Sustainability.

Shipment

Most products can be normally shipped in a box. The product will be carefully protected and packed, minimising the chance of damage during transport.

In certain cases shipping a product is more complicated. For example because of the dimensions. This is indicated in the product dezcription. If this is the cases, contact me before putting in your order so we can discuss the possibilities. For example picking up your purchase in Eindhoven or special delivery by appointment.

Processing time
The time I need to process the purchase can vary. Check the product description for more info.

Estimated shipment time
Netherlands: 2-3 working days
North America: 5-10 working days
Europe: 3-5 working days

I do my very best to stick to these estimated times but I cannot guarantee them. The actual shipping time depends on the chosen shipment method.

Customs- and import duties
Buyers are responsible for possible customs- and import duties. I am not responsible for delays and added costs caused by customs.

Returning purchased products

Exchanges and returns of standard products are no problem. Contact me within 14 days after delivery to discuss the exchange/return.
Send items return within 20 days after delivery.
I accept no cancellations but please contact me in case of problems with your purchase.

The following items cannot be returned or echanged:

- Personalised purchases

- Custom made products
Because of the nature of these items, I cannot accept returns, unless they are damaged or defect.

Requirements for returns:
Buyers are responsible for shipping costs of return shipments. If the item is not returned in original condition, the buyer responsible for the devaluation of the product.
